Last week my heart felt sad, heavy, and pained. I find it difficult to share and create when I’m in that space and had a lot of trouble coming up with creative ideas for the blog. Sometimes, when we’re feeling that way, the best thing we can do is just be kind to ourselves and allow ourselves the time and space to simply feel our feelings knowing that like everything, it too shall pass.

spend time with people you love spend time alone accept your emotions, embrace them, let them move through you buy yourself a treat move your body; move your emotion focus on what makes you, you treat yourself with kindness know that everything is temporary share your feelings listen to uplifting music go on a drive for no reason light a candle, meditate, connect to your spirituality read about another person's story; maybe something similar to what you're going through journal out your thoughts allow yourself to have a good cry
